The EPIK project has successfully completed Deliverable D2.1: Framework, Syllabus and Teaching and Learning Resources of EPIK (competence based).

This milestone represents an important step towards the development of a new educational programme aimed at strengthening the skills and competencies of coaches and sports medicine students in the field of injury prevention.
The work carried out by the Egas Moniz School of Health & Science and the Fakultet zdravstvenih studija has been fundamental. In particular, the Egas Moniz School of Health & Science developed detailed step-by-step guidelines that served as the basis for the structure of the framework, syllabus and teaching-learning resources.
The deliverable outlines the core methodology of the EPIK training programme, including the definition of key learning objectives and the design of teaching materials to support implementation in sports clubs.

The next phase of the project will continue with a transnational project meeting in Izmir, Turkey, where the partners will further consolidate the work done so far and plan the upcoming activities.
